The third edition of the National Stendal Marathon will take place next week, on July 9 - boarding, and on July 12 - launch. Pigeon lovers from the west of the country, but not only, are invited to enter their pigeons in the competition that will have a distance of over 900 km. The best, who will be the first to arrive home, will be rewarded with cash prizes and products offered by the Porumbei360 team, the representative of Beyers Belgium and Dr. Peeters in Romania. The big prize, however, is the "Golden Wing" trophy, which will go to the pigeon that will occupy the 1st place on the launch.

The contest is organized by the Columbofila Voiajorul Association from Satu Mare. "It is the first edition prepared by us and we will organize the next three years. We have collection centers in Satu Mare, Oradea, Timisoara and Arad, but they were interested in the competition and pigeon fanciers from the counties of Moldova, Buzăru , Alba and other areas, so we are waiting for all pigeon lovers who want to participate. we also manage to award the 1st, 2nd, 3rd places to the Youth. We might also be surprised to hire some puppies, and we want to reward them as well ", said Daniel Tăut, one of the pigeon fanciers involved in organizing the competition.

The Pigeon 360 team will be with the pigeon fanciers in this stage of the Marathon and will reward the performances of the best pigeons with quality products from Beyers and Dr. Peeters. Thus, the best pigeons in the general ranking will receive Beyers products worth 500 lei - 1st place, 300 lei - 2nd place and 100 lei - 3rd place. The best results obtained by breeders in the general ranking will be rewarded with products from the legendary veterinarian Dr. Peeters, worth 300 lei - 1st place, 200 lei - 2nd place and 100 lei - 3rd place.

"Golden wing" and 10,000 lei for the best pigeon

The president of the Voiajorul Satu Mare Association will offer the pigeon that will arrive home first a prize worth 10,000 lei. He will also receive the trophy of the competition - "Golden Wing". Also, the following prizes will be awarded on the approved centers, in the conditions of RNS: 1st place - 1500 lei, 2nd place - 1000 lei and 3rd place - 500 lei.
